Alrighty, I really want to ramp things up this month! I have been doing the same thing every month to make sure I have a schedule in place that works and a system I can work with. Now, I want to move to the next level, we can’t just continue to do the same thing and expect things to change right?

I actually forgot about one change I made so now I need to back pedal a bit lol

I wanted to do a couple of things to get more engagement on my posts. So, I am going to do a poll each month at the beginning of the month for one of my tutorials. Whichever wins at the end of the day will be added to my tutorials that month. One thing that won’t change no matter what is my tutorial and mandala dates so I think it’s fun to have to let you guys decide what it will be. I’m thinking of doing the same for the free mandala of the month. Which means I will need to get my mandalas done ahead of time but that will come later. Maybe if I hit a certain number of followers on Instagram.

Alright, so the tutorial poll to help with engagement, AND I always knew I wanted to do this but I wanted to wait until I hit 500 followers – but that 500 actually became 600 before the end of the month SO it’s my 600 subscriber “gift” I guess. Every month I will be doing a free giveaway and I will draw a free persona for the winner. I have always wanted to do this and maybe should have done it sooner, but I was a baby about it lol so anyway, instead of reading me babble … I’m going to break them down below!

My July Goals

• Create a tutorial for each Friday
• Create a mandala for each Monday
• Do 1 video on youtube per week
• Do 1 SHORT for youtube per week
• Schedule ahead, again – I fell behind in June due to the commission so I am back on that grind.
• Newsletter – Done, I send out once a month on the 1st of the month for the last month round up – unless something else comes up.
• Do a monthly Instagram poll for a tutorial choice.
• Do a monthly Instagram persona giveaway
• Monthly Doodle Prompt list
• Do a monthly sticker sheet for Ko-Fi
• Livestream twice a month – this month is the 5th and 26th from 7-9 EST

Bonus

• Discord – I want to keep working on this and getting it going. Part of that is by getting members so … If you want to join in I’d love to have you!
• I’d like to get a bit more in the vault for future like extra movies, tutorials etc.
• I’m looking into redbubble alternatives I bought my own stickers and was not a fan of the quality so I’d like to find something else! – Still
• Newsletter – Figure out something to give to new subs – still
• DRAW – anything that isn’t something that is NEEDED lol
• Monday livestreams – I’m trying to set this up with some friends it is not on my schedule as we are just in the beginning stages 🙂

My calendar for July is below, please note I am on vacation from the 15th – 23rd which is why I am not streaming bi-weekly which was my plan. My first Monday mandala is the freebie for all, and the one on the 17th is my freebie for my ko-fi members. ^_^
